Terms and Conditions for Participation in Donations to the Illusioland Project

These terms define the conditions for participating in donations and the provisions applicable to participants.

Introduction

Welcome to the Illusioland website. These Terms and Conditions define the conditions for participating in donations for the Illusioland complex project in the south of France. By participating in a donation, you fully and unreservedly accept the terms set out below.

Eligibility

To participate in a donation, you must be of legal age under the laws in force in your country of residence. Minors must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians to participate.

Donation Process

3.1. The donation process is entirely voluntary. By making a donation, you understand that it is intended to support the Illusioland project in the south of France.

3.2. As Illusioland cannot provide absolute assurance that the project will be completed, it is expressly stated that the company does not formally undertake to guarantee the effective realisation of the project. In other words, Illusioland makes no binding commitment regarding the actual completion of the Illusioland complex in the south of France. This clause means that unforeseen factors or circumstances beyond Illusioland's control could hinder or prevent implementation of the project, without giving rise to binding obligations toward donation participants. Donations do not confer any ownership, participation or control rights over the project.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

4.1. Illusioland undertakes to protect the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy available on the website.

4.2. By participating in a donation, you consent to your information being used by Illusioland for purposes related to the project and for subsequent communications.

Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

Illusioland reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of changes through the website. By continuing to participate after such changes, you accept the revised terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the country where Illusioland is registered. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
